Ghirardelli is a culture where people matter!

All year we have lots of great initiatives that cater toward getting to know each other better. Employees have started a fitness program, a hiking club, a running club, an epicurean club and of course every year we host a big Chocolate Festival in San Francisco. The festival brings friends and family together and all proceeds of the event are donated to a local non-profit called Project Open Hand. We pride ourselves in the richness of the culture we’ve built and we hope you join us to make it even better!
