White Matcha Latte

A delicious and vibrant sweet treat using Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sweet Ground Powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 fl. oz. Hot water
  • 2 Tbsp Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sweet Ground Powder
  • 8 fl. oz. Milk

Directions

  • In a cup, mix together matcha powder and Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sweet Ground Powder.
  • Add hot water to cup.
  • Using a whisk or milk frother, mix hot water and matcha until fully dispersed.
  • Steam milk in frothing pitcher until it reaches 55-65 °C (131 - 149 °F).
  • Add steamed milk to matcha mixture. Create latte art as you like. Serve warm.
