Oat Cookie Latte

Evoke the experience of an oatmeal cookie in a cup: brown sugar, oat milk, and Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce take us there. Top with crushed iced oat cookies to further enhance the flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 fl. oz (approx. 3 pumps) Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 fl. oz. Espresso
  • 8 fl. oz. Oat Milk, preferably "Barista Style"

Directions

  • In a cup, stir together Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce with dark brown sugar.
  • Add espresso to sauce mixture.
  • Pour oat milk into a frothing pitcher and steam until oat milk reaches a max of 55 degrees Celsius / 130 Fahrenheit.
  • Add steamed oat milk to espresso and sauce mixture.
  • Top with crushed oatmeal cookies or serve warm with a warm oatmeal cookie.
