      2.5 fl. oz. Ghirardelli Hot Fudge
      8 fl. oz. 2% Milk
      1 shot Freshly Brewed Espresso
      1 dollop Whipped Cream (optional)


    1. Brew a shot of espresso and start steaming the milk.
    2. Add 2 oz. room temperature fudge to a mug.
    3. Sift Add espresso and stir until dissolved.
    4. Pour frothed milk, then top with whipped cream and remaining hot fudge.
