The 23rd Annual Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival hosted over 50 sweet and savory vendors from all around the Bay Area.
Dessert demonstrations were held by local celebrity chefs, and our Ghirardelli Chocolate Master taught "Chocolate School" at the Culinary Stage.
The highly sought-after Ghirardelli Chocolate Lounge provided festival attendees the chance to sip everything from absinthe, rum, and beer to a variet of Bay Area wines, all set to live music.

All profits from the Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival are donated to Project Open Hand, a San Francisco based non-profit that provides healthy meals, nutrition counseling and a sense of belonging to those in need in our communities.
Project Open Hand has been a life line for over 32 years to those living with HIV/AIDS, senior citizens, and the homebound critically ill.
The Ghirardelli Chocolate Company has raised more than $1,000,000 for the cause over the past 27 years. Since each hot meal costs approximately $2.00 to produce, with your help we have provided 500,000 nourishing meals for those in our communities.
