To obtain one 5 lb. bag of Ghirardelli 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chips and one 5 lb. bag of Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, access the QR Code provided on the promotional postcard, and complete and submit the electronic form. You must be a resident of the 50 United States or D.C., 18 years of age or older.  Form must be submitted between 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on November 6, 2023 and 12:00 p.m. PST on November 10, 2023. Employees and their immediate household members of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company and its affiliates are not eligible. Not responsible for lost, late, undeliverable, or misdirected submissions, failure of electronic communications, or handling errors.  Ineligible, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent requests will not be honored.  Void where prohibited. Limit one per person and per mailing address.
