Peppermint Bark Mocha
Servings: 12 fl. oz. (355mL)
- 1.5 Tbsp. Sweet Ground White Chocolate Flavored Powder
- 1.5 Tbsp. Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Powder
- 3 drops Peppermint Extract
- 1-2 shots (20ml) Freshly Brewed Espresso
- 8 fl. oz. (273ml) Steamed Milk (2%)
- 1 dollop Whipped Cream
- 1 tsp. For Dusting, Extra Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Powder
- 1 mini Peppermint Candy Cane
- Add both Sweet Ground Chocolate Powders to the mug, along with peppermint extract.
- Whisk in a fresh shot of espresso, until smooth.
- Add milk to pitcher and steam.
- Pour steamed milk and top with whipped cream.
- Dust with Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Powder and garnish with a mini peppermint candy cane.
