- ICED WHITE MOCHA INGREDIENTS
- 2 fl oz Nonfat milk
- 2 pumps (1 fl oz) Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sauce
- 2 fl oz Double shot espresso
- 1 cup Ice
- MAPLE PROTEIN COLD FOAM INGREDIENTS
- 4 fl oz Nonfat milk
- ½ Scoop (15 g) Unflavored Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
- In serving cup combine nonfat milk, Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sauce, and espresso.
- Stir until sauce is fully dissolved in milk and espresso mixture.
- Top with ice.
- Combine cold foam ingredients in a frothing pitcher and aerate until volume has increased by at least 25 percent.
- Top drink off with cold foam and serve immediately.
