Ingredients

  • ICED WHITE MOCHA INGREDIENTS
  • 2 fl oz Nonfat milk
  • 2 pumps (1 fl oz) Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sauce
  • 2 fl oz Double shot espresso
  • 1 cup Ice
  • MAPLE PROTEIN COLD FOAM INGREDIENTS
  • 4 fl oz Nonfat milk
  • ½ Scoop (15 g) Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions

  • In serving cup combine nonfat milk, Ghirardelli White Chocolate Flavored Sauce, and espresso.
  • Stir until sauce is fully dissolved in milk and espresso mixture.
  • Top with ice.
  • Combine cold foam ingredients in a frothing pitcher and aerate until volume has increased by at least 25 percent.
  • Top drink off with cold foam and serve immediately.
