Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. Strawberry puree
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 tsp (2 g) Matcha powder
- 2 Tbsp Ghirardelli White Sweet Ground Powder
- 1 fl oz. Hot water
- 4 fl oz. Milk
- STRAWBERRY SOFT TOP
- 8 fl oz. Half-and-half
- 4 fl oz. Heavy cream
- 4 fl oz. Strawberry puree
- Garnish Freeze-dried strawberry powder
Directions
- Place strawberry puree in the bottom of the glass.
- Top with ice.
- In mixing vessel, combine matcha powder and White Sweet Ground Powder.
- Add hot water and stir until fully dissolved and lump-free.
- Add cold milk to matcha mix, stir and pour over ice.
- Combine soft top ingredients in a frothing pitcher and aerate until volume has increased by at least 25 percent.
- Top off drink with soft top and garnish with freeze-dried strawberry powder.
