Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 fl oz. Strawberry puree
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 tsp (2 g) Matcha powder
  • 2 Tbsp Ghirardelli White Sweet Ground Powder
  • 1 fl oz. Hot water
  • 4 fl oz. Milk
  • STRAWBERRY SOFT TOP
  • 8 fl oz. Half-and-half
  • 4 fl oz. Heavy cream
  • 4 fl oz. Strawberry puree
  • Garnish Freeze-dried strawberry powder

Directions

  • Place strawberry puree in the bottom of the glass.
  • Top with ice.
  • In mixing vessel, combine matcha powder and White Sweet Ground Powder.
  • Add hot water and stir until fully dissolved and lump-free.
  • Add cold milk to matcha mix, stir and pour over ice.
  • Combine soft top ingredients in a frothing pitcher and aerate until volume has increased by at least 25 percent.
  • Top off drink with soft top and garnish with freeze-dried strawberry powder.
