A mocha that tastes like the afternoon sun made with Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate & Cocoa Sweet Ground Powder.

Ingredients
- SPICED ORANGE AND HONEY MOCHA SAUCE
- 150 g Honey
- 150 g Water
- 200 g Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate & Cocoa Sweet Ground Powder
- 10 g Aleppo pepper flakes
- 1 (one) Cara Cara Orange; sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- GOLDEN HOUR
- 1 oz Spiced Orange & Honey Sauce
- 2 fl oz. Espresso
- 7 oz Steamed milk of choice
- Garnish Sweet Ground Powder and Dehydrated Orange Slice
Directions
- Add the mocha sauce and espresso to a cup. Stir to combine.
- Steam the milk and pour it to the cup.
- Dust one side of the drink with Sweet Ground Powder and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
