- 1 10oz bag GHIRARDELLI® Milk Chocolate Flavored Melting Wafers
- Fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- Pretzel sticks
- O-shaped cereal
Directions
- Place the Milk Chocolate Flavored Wafers into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals until fully melted.
- Trim the leaves from each strawberry, then insert a skewer into the cut end and dip each strawberry into the melted wafers. Place onto parchment paper to set.
- Pour the remaining melted wafers into a piping bag and snip off the end. Pipe a small dot onto the pointed end of each strawberry and attach an O-shaped cereal piece. Pipe the melted wafers back and forth over the strawberry in an up-and-down motion to create the texture of broom bristles.
- Insert a pretzel stick into the top of each strawberry to create the broom handle. Remove the skewer and allow the coating to set.
