Ingredients
- One (1) 10oz bag GHIRARDELLI® White Vanilla Flavored Melting Wafers
- Pretzel sticks (10 per snowflake)
- Crushed peppermint pieces
Directions
- Place the wafers into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals until fully melted. Transfer the melted wafers to a piping bag.
- Cut 2 pretzel sticks into 4 equal pieces. Arrange 8 pretzel sticks onto parchment paper in a star shape. Add the smaller cut pieces around the outer edges to form the snowflake “branches”.
- Pipe the melted wafers over the pretzel snowflake to hold all the pieces together. Before the wafers have set, sprinkle on the crushed peppermint.
- Place the snowflakes into the fridge for 10-20 minutes or until fully set. Store in an airtight container until ready to eat.
