Ingredients
- 2 – 1oz Packet Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
- ½ cup Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Chips
- 2 TBS Peanut butter, creamy
- ½ cup Powdered sugar
- 2 ½ cups Rice Cereal Squares
Directions
- In a heat safe bowl, melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30 second intervals at half power. Stir in between each interval.
- Once melted, add in the cereal and mix until fully coated.
- In a paper or plastic zipper storage bag, add the hot cocoa mix, powdered sugar and coated cereal. Close bag and gently shake to evenly coat the cereal.
- Spread evenly over a parchment lined sheet pan and allow it to set, about 10mins. Serve and enjoy.
