Frozen Apple Cider with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

- FROZEN APPLE CIDER INGREDIENTS
- 6 fl oz Chai apple cider
- ½ cup Ghirardelli Classic White Frappe Mix
- 12 oz cup (200 g) Ice
- CHAI APPLE CIDER INGREDIENTS
- 30 g Loose leaf chai tea
- 1 quart Apple cider or juice
- CINNAMON WHIPPED CREAM INGREDIENTS
- 16 fl oz (1 pint) Heavy cream
- 6 g Ground cinnamon
- 6 pumps (3 fl oz) Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce
Directions
- Combine chai tea and apple cider, stir and allow to steep for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Strain out tea and refrigerate until needed.
- Blend chai apple cider, Ghirardelli Classic White Frappe Mix, and ice until smooth.
- Whip Ghirardelli Sea Salt Vanilla Sauce, cinnamon, and heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, or alternatively, combine and add to a whipping siphon, charge, and hold refrigerated for use.
- Top with cinnamon whipped cream and garnish with a light dusting of ground cinnamon.
