- MOCHA INGREDIENTS
- 1 fl. oz (approx. 2 pumps) Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Pistachio Butter
- 6 oz Cold Brew
- 6 oz Ice
- COLD FOAM INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Heavy Cream
- 2 oz Half-and-Half
- 1/2 oz Pistachio-Flavored Syrup
- 1-2 drops Pistachio Green Food Coloring
- Garnish (optional) Chopped Roasted Pistachio, Toasted Kataifi
Directions
- COLD FOAM: Combine heavy cream, half-and-half, pistachio-flavored syrup, and food coloring in a whipping siphon; chill until needed.
- MOCHA: Combine Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Sauce, pistachio butter, and cold brew. Stir until completely dissolved. Pour over ice.
- BUILD: Aerate and top with pistachio cold foam. Garnish with chopped pistachios and kataifi. Serve cold.
