Ingredients
- 20 Strawberries, fresh, medium
- 16 oz Ghirardelli White Coating Wafers
- 12 oz Ghirardelli Dark Coating Wafers
- 20 Wooden skewers or lollipop sticks
Directions
- PROCEDURE:
- Skewer each strawberry and set aside.
- Place white wafers in a double boiler, over medium heat.
- Melt white wafers, stirring often. Do not exceed 48°C/118°F.
- Remove from heat.
- Holding strawberries by the skewer, dip them into the melted white wafers covering the strawberries 100%.
- Place dipped strawberries on a lined sheet tray to set.
- DECORATING:
- Fill piping bag with melted white wafers.
- Cut tip off of piping bag making 1/8” hole.
- Holding each strawberry by the skewer, drizzle thin lines from end to end.
- Allow to set.
