- 4 fl oz. Milk
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli Vanilla Frappe Mix
- 1 fl oz. Single-shot espresso
- 2 tbsp (30 g) Black sesame paste
- 2 pumps (1 fl oz) Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce
- 12 oz cup (200 g) Ice
- SEA SALT CARAMEL WHIPPED CREAM
- 16 fl oz (1 pint) Heavy Cream
- 3 pumps (1 ½ oz) Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce
- Garnish Black Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Blend milk, Ghirardelli Vanilla Frappe Mix, espresso, black sesame paste, Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce, and ice until smooth.
- Whip Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce and heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, or alternatively, combine and add to a whipping siphon, charge, and hold refrigerated for use.
- Top with sea salt caramel whipped cream and garnish with black sesame seeds.
