Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz. Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ghirardelli Vanilla Frappe Mix
  • 1 fl oz. Single-shot espresso
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) Black sesame paste
  • 2 pumps (1 fl oz) Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce
  • 12 oz cup (200 g) Ice
  • SEA SALT CARAMEL WHIPPED CREAM
  • 16 fl oz (1 pint) Heavy Cream
  • 3 pumps (1 ½ oz) Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce
  • Garnish Black Sesame Seeds

Directions

  • Blend milk, Ghirardelli Vanilla Frappe Mix, espresso, black sesame paste, Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce, and ice until smooth.
  • Whip Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce and heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, or alternatively, combine and add to a whipping siphon, charge, and hold refrigerated for use.
  • Top with sea salt caramel whipped cream and garnish with black sesame seeds.
