Ingredients
- 7 oz. Ice
- 5 fl.oz. Milk
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Premium Flavored Powder Base
- 1 dollop Whipped Cream (optional)
Method

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
