Chocolate Truffle Mocha

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp (60g) Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips
- 1-2 shots Espresso
- 6 fl oz (177ml) Milk
- 1 dollop Whipped cream
- 1/2 Tbsp (7g) Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips, for decorating
Method

Add chocolate to milk in a metal pitcher and gently steam to 160°F / 71°C.

Add espresso and top with whipped cream.

Finish with a sprinkle of Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips.
