2 – 1oz Packet Ghirardelli Peppermint Flavored Hot Cocoa Mix
4 TBS Milk
3 TBS All-purpose flour
1 TBS Vegetable Oil
¼ tsp Baking powder
Optional - Whipped cream for topping
Optional - Candy Cane bits
Method
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined.
Spray a 16oz sized microwave safe mug with cooking spray, add the batter to the mug and microwave for 1.5-2mins or until batter is fully set. Allow to cool for 1-2 mins before eating.
A-la-mode, top with vanilla ice cream and Ghirardelli’s Chocolate sauce for an extra indulgent treat. Enjoy warm.
Optional: Top with whipped cream and candy cane bits
