Vietnamese-Style Vanilla Iced Coffee

This is a small Ghirardelli twist on a new favorite! Typically strong brewed coffee using a Phin style filter and sweetened with only sweetened condensed milk. This Vietnamese-style Iced Coffee gets a luscious flavor and aroma enhancement with the Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce. 

Ingredients

  • 1 fl. oz (approx. 3 pumps) Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 fl. oz Iced coffee or Cold Brew
  • Ice, as needed

Method

  1. In a small bowl, stir together Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
  2. In a separate glass, add ice as needed, then pour cold brew over ice.
  3. Pour Vanilla Sauce mixture over ice and coffee, allowing beautiful swirls to occur naturally. Enjoy cold.
