    No-Bake Cacao Power Bites

      Servings:   30 power bites


      3/4 cup Ghirardelli 72% or 100% Cacao baking chips
      1 cup pitted dates
      1 cup rolled oats
      1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
      1/4 cup Flax meal
      1/2 cup almond butter
      1/4 cup honey
      1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
      1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
      1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


    1. In a food processor, combine dates, oats, coconut, and flaxseed meal, pulse until dates and grains are chopped into small pieces.
    2. Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt, pulse until incorporated.
    3. Add 72% or 100% Cacao baking chips and pulse until evenly distributed.
    4. Form into 1” diameter balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
    5. Enjoy!
    6. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
