Chocolate Truffle Mocha

Servings: 10-12 oz drink

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp (60g) Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips
  • 1-2 shots Espresso
  • 6 fl oz (177ml) Milk
  • 1 dollop Whipped cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp (7g) Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips, for decorating

Directions

  • Add chocolate to milk in a metal pitcher and gently steam to 160°F / 71°C.
  • Add espresso and top with whipped cream.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips.
