Ingredients
4 Tbsp (60g) | Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips |
1-2 shots | Espresso |
6 fl oz (177ml) | Milk |
1 dollop | Whipped cream |
1/2 Tbsp (7g) | Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips, for decorating |
Directions
- Add chocolate to milk in a metal pitcher and gently steam to 160°F / 71°C.
- Add espresso and top with whipped cream.
- Finish with a sprinkle of Dark Chocolate Barista Mini Chips.
