To enter the Ghirardelli Pick & Mix Sweepstakes, complete and submit the electronic form on this page. You must be a resident of the 50 United States or D.C., and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Form must be submitted between 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on March 28, 2025 and 12:00 p.m. PST and April 15, 2025. Employees and their immediate household members of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company and its affiliates are not eligible. Not responsible for lost, late, undeliverable, or misdirected submissions, failure of electronic communications, or handling errors. Ineligible, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent requests will not be honored. Void where prohibited. Limit of one entry per person and per email address. No purchase necessary. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older at the time of entry and shall be governed solely by U.S. law. Ghirardelli Chocolate Company employees and their immediate families, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible.
SWEEPSTAKES: This sweepstakes begins at 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on March 28, 2025 and ends at 12:00pm PST on April 15, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Only one entry per person, per email address. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become property of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. By entering, you are agreeing to sign up for the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company email newsletter and grant Ghirardelli Chocolate Company the right to contact you via email for marketing and promotional purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time. Any information collected from the entry shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, these Official Rules and Privacy Policies, which can be found at https://www.ghirardelli.com/privacy-policy
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
Five (5) Prize winners will receive the following:
A promotional code for One (1) 500 Pick & Mix Chocolate SQUARES + free standard shipping, valid only on Ghirardelli.com. An approximate retail value of $279.95 USD.
ODDS OF WINNING ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. All taxes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Ghirardelli Chocolate Company for reason of unavailability in which a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify for a prize.
DRAWING: The prize winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The random drawing shall be conducted by Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. One (1) random eligible winner will be notified via the email address provided by April 18, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST. The winner has 48 hours to respond confirming receipt of notification or they forfeit the prize, and another random winner will be selected. Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and release form within seven (7) business days of receipt of prize notification, or the prize may be forfeited. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to return the affidavit and release as specified, the winner will be disqualified, and the award will be forfeited.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, and their respective affiliates, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, or programming malfunctions or errors or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or error; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, including inability to access the Website, submit Submissions, or other disruption related to internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant’s access of the Website, whether human, mechanical or electronic, (d) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Website users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the sweepstakes, or (e) late, lost, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete or garbled submissions. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Ghirardelli Chocolate Company deem could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time. Any attempt by user to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Website is a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws. Should such an attempt be made, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company reserve the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, its respective affiliated companies including but not limited to parent companies, subsidiaries, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, participation, or inability to participate in the Website and/or the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to opt-in to receive the Ghirardelli Chocolate email newsletter. You are also agreeing to Ghirardelli’s Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Ghirardelli Chocolate Company in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of California.
