National Hot Fudge Sundae Box Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to those who are legal residents of the 50 United States and 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, along with members of their families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER: Starting on July 25, 2026 at 9:00am PT, fans who follow @ghirardelli Instagram & @innisfreeusa Instagram, and tag their friend on the @ghirardelli Instagram announcement post will be entered for a chance to win a NHFSD Box. The Giveaway will end Sunday July 26, 2026, at 11:59pm PT. A total of 5 winners will be randomly chosen for a total of 10 boxes (5 winners & 5 friends). Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. All entries become property of Sponsor. Limit one entry per person/per tag. Limit one prize per household.
PRIZE/ODDS: Ten (10) prizes available; each consisting of one (1) Ghirardelli National Hot Fudge Sundae Box (1 each of the following: Fan, Towel, Speaker, Hat, Tote Bag, Coin Pouch, 15 Milk Chocolate Caramel SQUARES, Ice Pack & a Innisfree SPF). Approximate retail value: $90. No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption of prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes and other expenses are responsibility of winner. The odds of winning depend on the timing of entry.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: 5 Winners will be randomly chosen from all entrants who successfully follow both @ghirardelli and @innisfreeusa, and tag a friend on the NHFSD Post Giveaway (live on 7/25). Ghirardelli will notify winners and ask for shipping addresses via Instagram DM, and prizes will be shipped to the address provided on or about 5 days after selection. Sponsor reserves the right to validate any potential winners.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates and their respective employees, officers, directors and representatives from any liability or claim relating to your participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of any prize. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or misdirected entries or mailings; printing errors; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized electronic or human intervention; or any error which may affect the proper administration of the Giveaway. No more than the stated number of prizes (5/10) will be available. In the event legitimate prize claims can be made for more than the number of prizes available (5/10), Sponsor shall conduct a random drawing from among all eligible claimants to award any remaining prizes.
