Ghirardelli has made premium chocolate for more than 150 years. It all began when Domingo Ghirardelli sold chocolate to the miners of the California Gold Rush, providing a much-needed respite from a hard day's work.

Domingo's approach, inspired by European tradition, turned cocoa beans into world-class chocolate. So in the spirit of our company's roots, we aim to do the same with coffee beans.

Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors. No orders ship on weekends or holidays.

Note: Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM PST. Orders placed by 1 PM PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be processed the next business day, (not on weekends or national holidays). During warm weather months, orders received on Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday. Warm weather packaging and cool packs are used to protect chocolate orders from heat during warm weather months.
