Rocky Road Candy
  • 10 ounce(s) Milk Chocolate Baking Bar
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped nuts
  • Convert to metric

Directions
In double boiler, melt chopped chocolate over 1" simmering, not boiling, water, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Chocolate should not be too hot, ideally 100º–120ºF. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Pour into a buttered 9" x 5" metal pan. Chill until firm. Let stand at room temp for 5 minutes for easy removal. Turn over to loosen slab, then cut into squares.
